Same as last year, chaps - get it stickied, Pud. Firstly, a single thread where the users of this board can beat their semis at the thought of who we get in the group and then, once the ties are announced, everyone has to guess the number of points we'll pick up and from which games - I'll then stick it all in a table and might even upload the graph which never appeared last year In the draw, I'm more concerned about avoiding teams rather than meeting certain ones. I'd rather avoid Chelsea or City partly because it means we're more likely to get Arsenal and partly because a) Chelsea would be a horrible atmosphere at both games and b) Man City are one of the best Pot 3 teams. I'd also rather avoid Dortmund in Pot 3 for obvious reasons. Likelihood of us getting an EPL team is pretty high since they have 3 teams in Pot 1 and one in Pot 3 I am spending today mercilessly whacking off my todger to the rhythm of Zadok the Priest.
Real Madrid Schalke 04 Ajax Early prediction of 5 points* * This is subject to change depending on opposition and quality of players signed.
Last season I went for 2 points, and we got 10. So this year, I'll go for the same, irrespective of who we draw. <midasinreverse>
I'm not going to guess who we will be drawn against and I won't try and predict our points total until I see the draw. Buzz Killington
Nah, we just over-performed last year. I'm a wee bit worried people will expect the same again. We're Pot 4 - we're expected to come last. Here's a query - has anyone ever been in Pot 4 two years running and qualified both times? I'm thinking not.
Dunno, would be surprised to achieve that again this year. I think we'll get at least 7 points, which is respectable.
I wouldn't be too upset if we finish 3rd and end up in the Europa League. Better chance of getting more than two games in there than getting pumped out the CL at the last 16 stage.
Depending on the draw, qualifying for the Europa could well be a massive achievement. We're expected to come last - last year, we were expected to get ragdolled (ITV tweet, our own predictions etc) and the team (and, especially, the manager) totally excelled. If you look at the potential "Group of Death" draws, there's some ****-yer-pants scenarios in there. Still, we can beat any ****

Billy McNeill helping in doing the draw, Mourinho saying one of the teams in pot 4 could win it , must be good players were signing before the deadline !!
