I think all bookings get cleared . It would be unfair on the teams that have to qualify if they didn't
Brown easily could have been sent off, if the ref had spotted his stamp/stud raking. He may even get a retrospective ban from UEFA. He is nowhere near as effective when you get the majority of possession, more of a backs against the wall player.
