I'm not so sure. He is an enigma. I've read a lot on him by well respected journo's in Holland who have spoken to scouts. They say a lot of scouts are put off by him because he's not energetic, he's unathletic, finds it difficult to influence games on a consistent basis, and is usually overshadowed by other teammates. However, he did create the highest number of chances in Holland last season. At £8m, he's worth taking the risk. But he's not what we need.

Think he's a top prospect but he'll come in to replace Coates. We still need another experienced CB ... Heard that PSG do not want to sell Sakho, but the player himself wants to leave unless he gets more game time. PSG also said they will only loan him IF Sakho agrees to a contract extension (his current deal expires next year I believe).
