    Not sure what managers say they can deliver or the time scale they agree to work to, but you have had some very good managers who seem to have had poor treatment.

    I didn't realise you were thick enough to fall for a blatant WUM. KO won't get an easier hook all year...

    They have millions of viewers, you will have to leave this place and go into reality to find them though. Good luck in your journey.

    I'm beginning to think you imagined them or just plain lied.

    Imagination is a great thing, children usually have good imaginations.

    I'll take it then that you admit you never heard azny such interviews. Why would you make something like,e that up?
    You tell us you're an old man and then lie like a child. That's pretty sad really.

    In fairness, this could be attributed to about half the regular posters on this board.

    Nah thats balls. The speculation about Mourinho coming back to Chelsea only really took off in April this year and Jose was phoning Utd back in 2012 begging the chance to be the future Utd boss but was told to sling his hook. In fact last Jan 2012 he was hinting he could leave Spain http://www.thenational.ae/sport/foo...ve-madrid-at-end-of-season-for-premier-league. He later contacted Utd but was rejected. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2012/dec/07/bobby-charlton-jose-mourinho-manchester-united

    <ok>

    As I said he knows that he has never been offered the job even though he has expressed a desire to manage United. Otherwise why would the papers risk being sued by him for stating in bold headlines "SNUBBED by United" ? <ok> He could easily have come out and said - full of bravado " I have been offered the job at United. I was not snubbed because I turned down an offer". He is no shrinking violet and no respecter of feelings, is he?. The fact is that United never offered him the job and he was chosen by Roman when Roman couldn't get Pep Klopp and many other well known managers. <ok>

    In fairness if you don't like it Watford why make snide comments? Do you really want a return to how it was?

    <ok> He was never offered the job as the Utd board last year way before the Chelsea rumours started up in earnest, had publicly stated he was not going to be their man. <laugh> The rejected one.

    Total rubbish!

    Jose was party of knowing Fergie's retirement date before elements of your board did and was offered the job by the man himself which is why he turned it down. He told Fergie he was going back to Chelsea and out of respect for their friendship has said nothing.

    Looking at the posts above it is proven that Ancelotti was first choice but waited for Jose's job to become available. Apparently Fergie later tapped up Pep in New York and got another elbow as he was going to Bayern Munich.
    So here we are, we have the Happy/Special/Chosen One and you have 'Last Minute Moyes'

    Enjoy mediocrity. <ok>
