Gedo is staying in hull untill sep 2 to finish his fitness program and he will be ready for matches after this date and it seems he is staying with Al Ahly until january i don't think steve bruce want him or he would already signed him by now
I am not saying that Bruce wants him but your point isnt necessarily correct. Take the Aluko situation. He is back from injury and Bruce is saying he has to prove he is back to his old self and then they will talk contract in a game or two. Gedo isnt back from injury yet so I dont think there is any chance that Bruce would sign him until he proved he was back to his old form.
It is not so much Strewarts ability More like his desire and passion for the game. He has lost 2 vital ingediants. With both Burnley and Blackburn not wanting him back that says it all for me. After last night CS would struggle to start with North Ferriby Utd. Interesting that SB laughed at weekend media reports linking CS with a move to Celtic. I doubt that Elgin City would take him atm. Sad but true. ... I am sure Bruce has something in the wind other than his washing. Cairney is doing great for Blackburn atm and if he keeps it up SB will take him back. McLean i suspect will end up in London. Charlton or Millwall maybe. Stewart ? who knows. Maybe best to pay him up and show him the door in Jan or once we are out of the coc. True but never say never when it comes to Steve Bruce. Unless Al Ahly agree to cancel Gedo's contract before the summer windlow is closed. Then he becomes a free agent. This is an interesting one. So is the current list of Fats and many more will be added over the next week i would suggest.
I take back all I said about it being harsh to suggest he had dropped down to SPL standard. After last night I doubt he could even get into the Celtic team. Does anyone know a pub team that needs a boot boy?
I hope we do shift all four but I doubt we will. Fryatt is a decent Championship forward and would do well at a mid table club like Burnley. Capable of attracting a mid-table championship club but we won't be offered much. Proschwitz has really not got going and was clearly a misjudged buy by the club. No club would want him and we'll probably end his contract at the end of the season. McLean works hard but is lower-table championship at best. Doubt we'll get an offer but if we do it'd be from a club like Millwall. Stewart was having his balls licked by every single city fan but is now playing like a neutered puppy. No club would will buy him and he'll get released at the end of the season.
I've heard from down South (he might have been a Wurzel...) that Yeovil are interested in taking young Cam off our hands. He spent time there on loan apparently. Might be a decent move for him.
Yeovil would be a good move for both parties I reckon. Right level for Cam where he can gain some confidence and I think he could do a job for them.
why would Al Ahly do that? they actually paid around 1 million euro to buy him from his former club itthad 3 years ago and his contract is running until 2015 Gedo is staying with Al Ahly untill they receive a good offer for him and it seems this won't happen in the current transfer window
Lets hope Prossers potential suitors don't read this glowing review of him in the Daily Mirror. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footb...enal-transfers-nicklas-bendtner-hull-2233799? We do seem intent on replacing a flop with a better known flop though
Bedtner might not be a 20 a goal seasons player but he isnt a flop. He would probably grab us 8 or 9 goals. If you think we have anyone on our team that can guarantee us more goals then you are simply incorrect.
From what I have seen Bendtner's "attitude" is a tag he as gotten for no reason. This is the guy that offered to pay for any fans shirts who had his name / number on as he changed after the season started. He'd be a an mid table player and someone I think has been treated a little harshly in England. He had the tough job of filling in for RVP / replicating Henry / Adebayor etc.
I think the attitude he is referring to is his opinion of himself, or moreso that interview in which he said he was one of the best strikers in the World. For what it's worth, I wouldn't mind him here. He'd certainly improve our attack.
I dont mind him thinking he is better than he is, confidence is good. I just wish they would forget that nonsense when it came to contracts and wages.
A move for Bendtner makes sense. I think he'd be a quality addition. We'd have to buy him though, so hopefully he wouldn't ask for too much in wages. I think we might move on this one, but we'll have to act quickly as WBA and Palace are readying bids. WBA will be tough to compete with, especially as they can guarantee him a first team spot.
It really is sad and a mystery why he has gone down the pan form wise. Probably an accumulation of his head being turned by NP bid, is injury as a general apathy. You would think he would realise that his career is short and he has to get his head sorted out quick.
