Any of you lot just heard that Arsenal fan on TalkSport? Apparently not one of your signings adds value to the side! And Arsenal haven't seen anyone who would improve their squad!
Hmmm. Eriksen is further in his development, but not light-years away. Definitely CL quality and he will be an improvement to the first team. Bit worried how you can implement him in the first eleven as he is not a natural winger, he can play on the left flank but more as a left midfielder. With Dembele, Townsend, Chadli, Capoué, Lennon and Pauliñho, not one or two, but maybe four have to go. Spurs got triple coverage for some positions on midfield.
Sadly, i think we might take the money on Lennon if we get LaLa and Eriksen. How long will the delay before Spurs announce LaLa then? Will they rush it through as Roma have outed the cat from its bag?
I'm not a gambler so I don't know the answer to this. Could I walk into a bookies and ask them what odds they would give me on Lennon and Sig not being spurs players come the end of the window? Would they create a price?
Yes i believe you can. You can bet on almost anything. I think it was Shaun Murphy's (snooker player) dad who went in and put a bet on his 8yr old (ish) son becoming world champ within 15 years. The bet paid out, he managed it in the last year or something crazy like that. Got some good odds, made a fair bit of money.

We must develop a TEAM and a SQUAD - not just a collection of Eurostars. AVB's skills are about to be properly tested, I think. The Europa League becomes very important now, as a means of giving squad members game time when they're not picked for PL games. But these are all "problems" I'm happy to have, for once.....
Wouldn't surprise me. Lennon's a good player but we seem to have shifted to playing wingers who cut inside a lot, just as Villas-Boas used at Porto. With Lamela seemingly on his way and Townsend pushing for a place, it might be the right time to cash in on Lennon, if a suitable offer comes in. It would be another homegrown player out though, so that might decrease the likelyhood of it happening, unless another was brought in for the left or as back-up. Tom Ince was suggested a while ago.

Davids was more because of what he had achieved elsewhere. Keane was a good steady striker and scored some good goals, and linked well with Berbs. But not VDV?!.....Wow...just wow.
This just in: Dutch media reporting that Eriksen entered negotiations with Tottenham Hotspurs after he got the green light from Overmars. The clubs seem to be really close on striking a deal. I will follow this closely in the coming days, you can follow me on twitter for the latest: @thecovereport
