My mate recently grew four different strains - two indicas, two sativas - can't remember the names of them all but my favourite was Creme Caramel
I actually looked into Creme Caramel, mainly because of its white rhino genetics. Was going to be getting some seeds from a company called sweet seeds but ended up just going with WW. Are they feminised seeds? My mate bought a batch of supposedly feminised seeds - all but two of the plants were male.

I don't get your point. Are you suggesting that countries who have signed a UN convention are allowed by international law to commit acts of war against countries which have not signed the same convention ? The purpose of the UN is not to draft treaties in order for those who sign them to be allowed to bomb those who don't.
