I know we've just signed Matty Phillips, and I would assume Hughes would be reluctant to do any type of business with us, but I think Kightly would be a great signing. He's a great crosser for the ball, likes to take a man on, and he'd provide some top service to Charlie Austin. With Hoillet, Phillips, Kightly and SWP competing for the wide positions we'd have plenty going forward and options coming off the bench to win us games. You'd also have the option of playing Phillips or Hoillet off of Austin should AJ pick up a knock. I've given up on Zamora.
Can't fault any of that. It seems like a good move to me. I do believe that you're right in what you say about Phillips too, he can be very effective playing in the hole behind the striker.
