Can't recall where I read it but some journo wrote that the atmosphere at the game will be even more toxic than usual because of the Moyes/Everton connection. Not possible. It's become a dreadful fixture. The football is almost always dire and the behaviour of some fans invariably embarrassing. If any United fans on here are going to the game then they should remember to take an umbrella.
Thought you were taking the piss for a minute. Then remembered that the smaller clubs have to play an extra round in the league cup. Good to see Goal.com are as accurate as ever... http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2995...ts-county-betting-preview-reds-to-breeze-into
On topic, I think Liverpool are dire and if the newly promoted teams and Sunderland/Stoke weren't so poor they would be battling relegation.
On topic, I think the grass at Anfield is looking lovely and green at the moment. Lovely pitch, should suit our style of play.
I read in their match thread yesterday the thick scouser fans gloating and saying at 2-0 : "Bring United on...we'll massacre them. etc etc" at 2-2 it was : "" Oh no. we are f**ked. No defence. No Toure. RVP will make mince meat of Skrtl". Haha. Was it really Notts County, that mighty team they were playing against at Anfield? Now the optimism is based on the fact that they won the game with 10 men. Can you imagine what they could do with 11 men aginst Moyes' United? I shudder to think ...
