I walked round Bath all day last Friday with a damaged sandal, being diabetic means you have to take care of your feet or you can very easily need an amputation!
Hope all is well Dave. A friend of mine has already lost two toes and part of a a foot for that reason. Lucky for her it has been controlled and she now has a special pair of walking type boots that has given her mobility again.
Morning all from a brightening West West London, it was very misty first thing when I left bandit country. Will be good to have a little cup run as we have not had some cup excitement for a few seasons now!

Not an attractive prospect, Dave. Perhaps you should restrict yourself to walking round the bath upstairs
It appears that I've got away with it this time, just have to wear a "limbo" in the shower for a while!
Network issues...we have a huge network crash at work and all of our on-line systems are unobtainable. Most WEB sites are also not possible to connect to, but for some reason Not606 has survived
It's like a plastic boot with a rubber seal, I've used it before, it feels very strange but it works well! please log in to view this image
Lack of sleep on Friday night caught up with me last night. I went to my weekly gym session, but had to finish early due to tiredness. When I got home, I watched the end of the women T20 international, then looked at last night's scores. I then went to make a cup of tea to take my tablets for bed. I was feeling that tired I sat on the kitchen floor, but I then fell asleep, waking up at 3am. Knew it wasn't a fit, as when I was awake I immediately realised that I hadn't take my tablets. Did go to work, but at the request of my manager I went to see my GP and she said that I go home to rest for the afternoon, hopefully get some sleep, so that's where I am at the moment.
... of course I do ... but then I do look good in practically anything ... being serious for a second dave, what type do you have? ... must be a bugger whichever...
Right, that's me done for another day in Corporate Madness - I'm off to The Vic for a night of exciting cup football! COYH
I'll probably need to use one of those after my knee replacement next month - do the hospital supply them or do you buy them from somewhere? When I snapped my achilles tendon years ago, I had the devil's own job having a shower - I used heavy duty garbage bags and rubber bands, which did the trick but the rubber bands were a challenge when your leg is in plaster from arse to toe.
