Wenger had to take Ramsey off, a third goal and Citeh would have made an offer.

Edit groin strain for Ramsey? couldn't get much better

It shouldn't make a difference at this stage of the season, but as Sturridge has been coming back to fitness recently, he might not be good for three games in a week - including 120 mins tonight - so maybe you're right. No Suarez and a tired Sturridge would make them about as potent as Chelsea up front <whistle>

Podiveski out, Wheelchair OK for Sunday according to Whinger.

I see that they rested their fans tonight in preparation for the NLD (borrowed from Twatter)

I think they are safe from burnout atm as there is an international break after this weekend if I am not mistaken?

But it's not likely they will have recovered 100% either. 120mins end to end. Gerrard is not young, sturridge did alot of running, as did henderson. Utd will open them up imo.

  12. "Bale is a good player, but it was the circumstances of him hauling the spuds arses out of trouble in such spectacular fashion that made him stand out. It made him look like a stellar star in a team of dullards, but I'm not sure he can have such a big an impact in a Real team."

    Sorry, but <doh>

    Utterly unbelievable.

Do you think Peskie opens his eyes during games or does he sleep through 'em?

He didn't mean it lads,he only posted that to get a response. Why don't we exchange Bale for all of Arsenal's internationals and then sell them off to good teams?

Paddy Power Italy is paying out on Nani joining Juventus, just as they did with the Tevez to Juve deal. Seems to be completely out of nowhere, this.
Wonder who's getting paid in Turin to give them early news?

Arshavin scored today for Zenit as they comfortably won their CL qualifier. Would be a shame to see that one come back and haunt Arsenal, eh? <whistle>

  19. I always said he was a great player. Surprised Whinger let him go.
