Hi been coming for a few years now and I was just wondering what are the songs that are played before the teams come out? Obviously the Tiger Tiger one, but the one im wondering about is the song that is played directly before that. It sounds like Reverend and the Makers but im really not sure. Any help would be appreciated!

I thought that the teams come out to Eye of the Tiger now, Don't recall the Tiger Tiger one for a couple of seasons now
Yeah, back to Tiger Tiger. It was also played at the Cardiff match and one or two near the end of last season.
Noticed on Saturday, it now goes: Ian Brown - Reign Tiger Tiger Then when the teams come out, an edited Eye of the Tiger, the new PL song which unfortunately I can't find online and then whilst the team is read out, DiscoCop returns.
It is strange how much music is linked with memories, hearing that song makes me feel like I am in the KC
Agreed. Galvinize by The Chemical Brothers is another that does it for me, even though we don't use it anymore. (I wish we did though, alongside Reign)
Not sure why but we seem to have toned down the music before the game, which is a shame as it helps the atmosphere a lot
Absolutely. We should be playing stuff like Oasis/Stone Roses/Libertines/etc., fist pumping indie anthems that get the crowd up such as I Am The Resurrection or Live Forever. I noticed sometimes last season the club were asking fans on the Facebook page what songs they want before the game, but sadly most of them picked modern ****e.
They've brought back the really gay German disco 3000 music. It's a ****ing embarrassment and needs changing, rapido. They got rid of it last season and I thought somebody had finally had the good graces to point out that we are a professional football team, not a Chris Pontius tribute act. Why can't we come out to something like Thunderstruck by AC/DC, or Switchblade Smiles by Kasabian? You know, something that makes the atmosphere crackle, not something that gets the old people clapping along like they're watching an act at their local bingo hall.
My fave intro music would be This Is The One by The Stone Roses. Sadly, some club called Manchester United are already using it...
I saw this last season, I always requested the same song. it was never played shame really as I think its a great song and summarises HCAFC pretty well
I noticed on twitter that on Monday night they had 5 mins of silence before the teams came out. Be interesting to see how it went.
Happy hour! It's our song! And we should sing it every time we score! Everyone associates the house martins with hull! Every time we score we just go into the chorus! And jump about like f'ck! Easy!
Don't care for goal music. I noticed we've brought back that stupid stand introduction bollocks before the Norwich match. He should just announce the teams and get off the pitch.
