"Ade's got a foot injury." This new sponsorship deal that Spurs have with Jimmy Choos is not working out, is it.
In case you are wondering why I'm not playing for Spurs at the moment it's because I have a foot injury. You're probably wondering who I am. I am Spartacus.
I am afraid you are only allowed to play for Newcastle. Or not play. But not foot injuries, you can only not play if your "head is not in the right place" (I assume that means up the owners a$$).
Does anyone know the best way to pick up a foot injury ? It seems like a great money making opportunity.
http://www1.skysports.com/football/...furious-gareth-bale-misses-tottenham-training IF TRUE - Get rid of him. No player is bigger than the club and to be "furious" at the way we have done things is a joke.
"Furious" what a fabulous tabloid word that is. It was the last line of the article that caught my eye: "Gareth Bale to leave Tottenham before 3rd September 2013. Click here to bet." There should be a law against this sort of thing.
Walking seems to do it for me. Got a blister. Blister = foot injury. I'm not getting paid for it though, and i'm still at work, so i guess i am getting paid for it, but its worse
The only one who will be furious is Bale's agent who is worried about his pot of gold. This is the guy who I have little doubt is behind the constant media stories in his attempt to acheive his huge payday. Save your anger for him not Bale.
What I want to know is what is GB furious at - the weather? Bloody tabloids making s--t up without asking or the fact that his foot injury is preventing from training and playing? perhaps its because he isn't getting any sleep as his daughter cries a lot!
In his defence, he must be under a lot of pressure. If this deal goes through then he is made for life.
with a £175k/week offer from Spurs he's made for life. In fact, he's made for life already. The monetary side for him is just to see how much he and his agent can get, he doesn't need it.
Everyone wants there to be justice in the world, but there never is. Bale will force his move, and Real will go unpunished for their rampant tapping-up antics. Perez will be hailed a demi-god by Real's impoverished fans. Bale's agent will make more money than he could possibly have dreamed about. And the world will keep turning.
Fellow yids ‏@FellowYids 2m London Evening Standard are reporting Erik Lamela is currently in London to undergo his medical for Tottenham. #THFC #COYS
Balls to Willian because you don't miss what you've never had. Come on Lamela and even Panjic if that falls through and let's get the young Ajax lad.
Hi CJ nope it wasn't, though in the light of today, I'm prepared to believe now that GB 'isn't injured'. He may have been, or I may have been wrong and he was 'faking it'. Maybe one day we'll find out the truth, maybe we won't. I'm still willing to believe Lennon is injured, it would hardly be the first time. My first port of call almost always in any such 'conspiracy' issue, is to believe the straightforward version of the facts, and it's an analysis that has served me very well over the years. This time I may have been wrong and 'dark forces' may have been in play. I'm very sad if this is GB's fault, but we know not at the moment. Once you go down the 'conspiracy' line, there are plenty of competing scenarios. Incidentally sometimes, for example, with the 'enigmatic Ade', it's often the case from the start there's no immediately straightforward answer The killer pass thing, I've debated many a time. There is more than one way to score a goal. We're scoring plenty from wing play and individual brilliance. Seven in three games and none conceded, 100% record. Only us and Pool of the Prem teams can say that I believe, and we've played one more than them. Killer passes are great, so are killer crosses, attacking runs and long rangers that hit the net like Danny's did.
