To be honest I thought Jose was the catalyst for the goalless pile of ****e I watched last night. Can see our encounter a lot more open, with high intensity <ok>

Everyone is creaming of the 'tactical' aspect of the game. Bullshit, it was shot football. Toothless **** football.

Too early to tell. 2 matches and different circumstances. I think if Moyes get something from the next three matches e.g 4 points he'll be happy. There is pressure on him to show he is capable but no real pressure on him to deliver the title. <ok>

    United games in September:
    Liverpool V Man Utd

    Man Utd V Crystal Palace

    Man City V Man Utd

    Man Utd V West Brom
Next three games: Liverpool (away) Crystal Palace (home) Manchester City (away)
Tough..I think United are going win against Crystal Palace. Liverpool and City can go either way.<ok>

4 points from 3 games and they'll be calling for Moyesy to be sacked <laugh>

I don't think so somehow. 4 points from matches against Liverpool, palace and City would not be that bad. He'll be given a bit more time than that. I think he'll even survive a defeat at Anfield without too much criticism although I think he will get the points there.

I would have taken 8 points from these horrendous 5 matches at the start...<ok>

Ah just saw the fixtures. Didnt realise he had City as well. But if he loses to City people will not be happy. I can see us beating United but you never know.

Under Mourinho Chelsea play awful football. Wonder if he can replicate the same success he had with them a few years back <whistle>

With mourinho success only comes with dull boring football. That is why he was sacked by RA in the first place. It is something he and the fans have accepted as the price of getting trophies. Barcelona would never employ him nor united because the price of success is too high. <ok>

Our owners obviously had entertainment in mind with Rodgers. If you can be entertaining and win it sells the most tickets.

Dull football, with expensive players on big wages.

Mourinho doesn't create teams for the long run. He's a short termist - very likely to get a few trophies in a couple of years but then he'll bugger off leaving you with an ageing squad on big wages.

Moyse won't be sacked after 5 games - no matter what the outcome! It will be the trend of results running up Christmas that will be crucial followed by a review of performances towards the end of the season. Unless signs of revolt are heard wafting through the corridors of OT.

As for Moyse at Anfield, we've had more experience of him than you and we know how he reacts. I think the best he will get is 1 point but I'm predicting that we'll get 3.

That's our problem. We do play some good stuff though, those 3/4/5 nils last season were nice. It's the tight ones or the ones that we are losing. Having fingernails chewed down to the bone isn't too entertaining.

It will improve in time. Rodgers wants us to dominate possession for 90 minutes against any team.

From the Arsenal game "Dirk Kuyt leads a a lightning break which ends with Selcuk Sahin drilling a shot wide from 25 yards"

Never thought I'd hear the words Kuyt and lightning break I same sentence <laugh>

Ramsay just scored to make it 4-0 and pretty much put the game out of sight.

  19. I agree that Moyes will be given time but if he loses to both Liverpool and Man City he will come under pressure still
