Would use Flappy, Monreal, Zel, and Gnabry in this. Maybe Sanogo to get 20 minutes. No need to burn out our most useful guys
No, please, just no. We're not going to play an untested 16 year old in such a crucial game based on some nice passes in pre-season friendlies against rubbish teams, even if we're winning 3-0, it's still a big game to play in Europe, and you don't do that. We should play a very strong and capable team, if our players are already getting burned out now, then we have some serious fitness issues, at the moment we don't have the luxury of majorly mixing things up or using our squad depth, because we don't have any depth right now. Gnarby, Zel, my God, what a ****ing joke, that's what we're supposed to rely on?
Play Flappster, give Monreal 45, and Rosicky 45. Is there anyone else experienced on the bench!? I'd be inclined to give Frimpong 45 as well so that Ramsey & Cazorla could be rested, or put Sanogo on for half an hour to see what he's got. Worringly thing really!
He'll rest a couple of first teamers and bring some youngsters off the bench when the tie is truly beyond Fener. I would like to see Gnabry or Zel feature for at least half an hour.
Hopefully we'll be a couple of goals to the good at HT. Then we can think about resting a few players.
To be honest that was not really the team, I would pick for this game, I was just being a lazy bastard. I would start Monreal, because I think he needs game time. Also, maybe rest either Sagna or Per, seeing as Kos is fit again.

Our squad is depressing at this point, we either play our first 11 for every match of the season, or we're done for. http://www.arsenal.com/first-team/players And the guy recently said "If we can gain one or two more, even three, we will do it." Love the way he says "even three" as if it is a luxury... we need 3 minimum to cope in 38 games and 3 cup competitions.
Anyone reckon of a small defeat (but still qualify for CL of course) would be good? So Wenger dont get too confident with this team.....
eh... "we all saw the qualeeteee was there, but with the first result we lacked a little bit of sharpness and maybe a bit urgency"
This is what happens when you have a thin squad. We're 3-0 ahead yet we'll still have to play a 1st team despite our important game this Sunday.
It's called being p*ssed off that we have to field our strongest team, because we no longer have any reserves, because some deluded old fool thought it would be a good idea to release everyone and not replace them.
Like he wouldn't have fielded a strong team? Only time AW fields a weak CL team is when we are absolutely sure of qualification (usually in group stages)
