O/T Good, annoying and Tanzania

I can't tell you what a relief it is that you've finally come out. We've all known for a while, but its a brave thing you've done there. Does Mrs R know yet?

East Africa, looks a cracking place. All them wildlife things in the Serengeti its there. Where all them wildebeest go for that long run for some reason

Having run the great north run a few times I thought Newcastle was where wildebeest went for a long run

One of the more bizarre t-shirts I've seen Premier League sides warm up in as Sunderland encourage us all to 'Visit Tanzania'.

Sound advice, I'm sure. But an odd one.
