For our team I'd favour Mata because Coutinho does what Oscar does but with a little extra in midfield.
I think Mata would play right wing for us with suarez left. Whilst Moses would play left with Suarez right.

Assaidi is a bit of a headless chicken. Has tricks, can beat a man but only ever goes down the line, cuts back, then beats the man again before putting in average crosses. Haven't seen him with much else to offer in terms of link up play or cutting inside. Granted he's not played much but if we can get the £3mil back we've spent I'd take it. Mata - no chance. No idea why Chelsea would want to get rid of him when he was the player of the year last year for them. Moses - not sure. Could be a decent signing, but could be another Adam Johnson. Looks good when coming on for Chelsea when they're 2-0 up and has 30minutes to just go and express himself, but when he's being told to make a difference from the start can he do it?
Don't know why everyone is dismissing our chances of getting Mata if we were to bid. If Chelsea want to sell him and the teams bidding are LFC, Arsenal, Spurs and United, then you won't want to sell to your rivals, both geographic (Arsenal, spurs) or league (united). Chelsea would definitely favour him going to liverpool, obviously what Mata wants is a different Mata all together, but hopefully if Chelsea were to push him enough he would come here.
why cos we are lfc, with no cl, no wages, no nuth'n!!!! if chelsea want rid he will go to athletico. there is no way in hell he is going to an english club... i don't believe in the slightest he will be let go either. why on earth would chelsea push a top player at us? cos rodgers licks mourinho's balls?
Have you read my post at all? I said IF they are wanting to let him go and the 4 bidders are the ones I mentioned, then Chelsea will view Liverpool as the least objectionable of those 4.
