Deadline

Told my bosses that they have until Friday to promote me, otherwise I'll be handing my notice in. That would leave them with no technicians to do a ****load of work

 

but if they do promote you then you will just keep doing the same job but with a different title and no minions to order about as they have al been made redundant.

 

but for better pay

 

There is one other technician on site just now, due back in January or February, I already boss him about If I go now, then they have no-one until then.

If they give me the promotion it comes with an automatic wage rise, which I would try get backdated to June 09 when I should have been promoted

 

but you wont.
