Canerie-chippy, that was a very strange change, Redmond was head and shoulders your brightest player

Wes isn't a bad replacement and maybe Redmond was tired as he done a lot of running? Hughton will know a lot more about it than us.

Maybe, maybe not...nevertheless, this was a match that an aspiring "newly promoted club" such as yourselves would hope to take a point from...<laugh>

Haha half empty over 23k there today, you lost we won simple as that. We've beat you lot pretty much every encounter as far as I can remember? I like your signing though, you shouldn't be so upset after 2 games gone. You took a big allocations coz a lot of you just thought you'd come and win. Arrogance, we will be fighting relegation doesn't take a mathematician to figure that out...but then again, this is football. Good luck rest of season!

We took up the allocations because our club offered free coaches and also we normally have a good following at away games.

Seems you have some decent fans and some complete half-wits, like most clubs. You didn't play particularly well today but I certainly think it'd be unfair to take anything away from our defence and midfield who were superb playing for well over an hour with only 10 men. As for the ref, the chants of "You don't know what you're doing", "You're not fit to referee" and the less eloquent but equally apt "****er" were all coming from our fans, which may give you some indication as to how generous he was to us, not at all.

    "Ipswich troll" <laugh><laugh>

Why? Because I dare comment on a match that you were involved in?

Suck it up, scummer, ourselves and Hull go back to the Jimmy Bullard days, when we were commenting on each others boards daily, and I for one wish OLM and the rest of his lads all the best...as I said...

    Suck it up, scummer!<nahnah>

Then you woke up! Seriously, that is the biggest pile of ****e I have read in ages.

Your team simply isn't very good, we had 10 men for over two thirds of the game and our keeper had one save of any note to make.

Jedward didn't even have a shot, oh and Bradley Johnson <laugh> <laugh>

Personally surprised how late wes came on as I feel that against 10 men his creativity would have been helpful and we could afford him to be a luxury player. Thought that snod would start as well. Still feel that this was a pretty terrible performance and result and let's not delude ourselves that we dominated the game - we player 70 minutes against 10 men and still could not score. Good teams find a way poor ones find an excuse. Today we were very poor and got exactly what we deserved. Credit to hull for keeping us out for so long but a lot of work to do at Conley in the coming weeks I feel.

To be fair, after he came on, Snodgrass was the worst player on the pitch. Just kept getting tackled by Figueroa and claiming free-kicks.

If im honest, Hull defended lots better than most promoted sides. How many times in our first season did we go down to ten men and concede? I can think of a few occasions. Hull did what they needed to do to win, and collecting points is the most important goal after promotion, not pretty attacking football. Also, even if the penalty was harsh Turner shouldn't have been grabbing him anyway especially as the ball was a good five feet out of reach. We cant criticize Hull for winning, no they didn't attack but they didn't need to for 70 minutes, and their defense looked a hell of allot stronger than ours when we had the likes of Barnett and De Laet in our first season. And yes we where dreadful, most frustrating game I have watched in a few seasons, but hopefully the plyers will click at some point in the season and will exploit RVWs runs and Howson and Fer will start linking up better.

Oh, I still think with 10 men we created better goal scoring opportunities. Your midfield is your weakness, woeful.

The rest of your team is 'ok'. Though it is difficult to judge Van Winkel as he had zero service. Now, if you were lucky enough to have a Huddlestone <whistle>

Funny thing is that I told your missus the same thing Welly.

I am sure you can take it on the chin mate.

    Your missus certainly does.
