Villa have just sharpened up this half and aren't giving us as much time on the ball, more pressure when we have it. And we've apparently had a half time Horlicks.
This match is a perfect illustration of how we play well against teams that stand off (first half) and struggle against teams that press (second half). We need to get better at making teams pay for pressing high because the formula for any team to make it hard for us is right there.

Over time, that should improve and it will allow us to play quick passes that allow us to pick the players off one at a time. They thing that Barca do is press teams as a team so one goes then the rest follow. Very few teams can do this and the idea is that if a team try and press you, but don't do I t as a team it makes it easy to pick them off. Think that's the plan, we just need more time in order to work on it and get good at it. Cissokho on for Aspas to play wide left?
