They were\are set up to counter but their problem is we've been keeping the ball<ok>

If they're gonna come at us 2nd half we might see a bit of space and get a 2nd

We will at least one more to win this. Villa will Definately score.
I thought we played well within ourselves for much of the half but then,as is usual, got sloppy last 10 mins and gave villa encouragement.
Can see second half being a bit of a battle to be honest. If we score next we win....if not well who knows.
But after an excellent first 35 we will all be pissed if we throw it away.

  6. Yeah, didn't miss any important bits because I had the Russian feed running. Didn't turn that off / try something else via SopCast until half time. Found a sky Sports feed more or less straight away which is good but also a little annoying <laugh>

Keep the ball wear them out, then with 20 to go bring Sterling on for Hendersonto catch them on the counter

If you want to play counter keep Henderson on. Sterling for Aspas in that scenario.

I wonder why Kelly is not on the bench...

Game is far from. We didn't seem to have the fluidity and control as in the Stoke game.

It was frustrating to see Sturrdige sitting nown half. He should make himself available for the final ball, not dictate play in midfield. Coutinho was frustrated one time when he got an inch perfect through ball but he didn't make a run for it.

Suarez though is a lot more intelligent, run the channels and knows the right time to drop deep. Sturridge has been playing mostly in Midfield.

Coutinho get's barged over off the ball with a shoulder to the back, and the ref has a word with him and the Villa play <doh>

What's he want Coutinho to do?
