lets give PDC & the players a bit time. The footy av watched in the 1st 2 games this season was way better than the vast majority of last season. Fletch and a decent midfielder and we have a good team imo.

I like the comment about the cement as long as it isn't in the players boots!

    Really?
Did you spot something I missed mate?
Wardrobedoor was more interested in out muscling the defender giving away multiple free kicks whilst doing so and totally forgot about the ball.
When the ball was there he couldn't get his feet or body sorted to do owt with it anyway. :p

Scored early and tried to hang on mate never a good strategy, some baffling subs as well didn't help if Cabral was that bad why have him on the bench?
On we go to London and Palace hopefully we can get something from them this time around.

All for giving him time mate. The footy against Fulham was up to scratch. Today was just shocking, the substitutions left me completely baffled. I felt like he just picked the names out of a hat, surely everyone watching that game could see we were lacking in midfield. Why didn't he ?

Bringing Sess of was the correct thing to do as he was bollox and looked uninterested, but replacing him with JI? FFS why not Cabral or Frankie?

When i played footy ( granted was only in School), if we scored early i always remember the shout going round "back to 0-0"

My tension was the whole second half mate, not good for the old ticker. hahaha

The difference without Sess and Colback was unbelievable no one was putting any pressure on them until last gaspers by our central defenders.

    PDC just said.

"One point away from home is acceptable but talking in an honest way we didn't deserve to win."

    **** I like the guy! :)

So how come Southampton were playing it from the back unchallenged after Sess went off?
Don't underestimate the chasing down he was doing mate.
He was diven **** all to work with attacking wise either.

Cabral aparently has a knock. he was on the bench tho so he's either fit or he isnt. Like you say Clatts or Frankie should be here for depth. Agree I thought Ji was a strange choice.

Appreciated mate , for me though is head went down with about 10mins left in the first half. No blaming him either, the midfield were not supporting him.

In the job he is there to do he was bollox ( wasn't given the tools to do it). Get him off bring in something to the midfield and shore the team up a bit.

I'm just trying to stay calm.
Agree a few things today didnt look good but Oshea was a rock its just the final third where we are lacking at the mo. Fletch and a decent midfielder will sort that problem out tho,

Three strikers and no one to deliver the killer ball!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have liked him to switch AJ to the right too.
Just to give their defenders a wake up call.

Just need a 10-0 win on Tuesday to give us some confidence ahead of the palace match.

Jozy v the whole defence and 2 midfielder. 1 V 6, Not sure what the lad was supposed to do. Sess was nowhere. Jozy won flick ons to his anonymous team mates. First half, as said Sess nowhere, Larson, Nowhere, Gardener nowhere, Johnson, nowhere, Giacc, nowhere. Second half, Ji, nowhere, Vaughan, nowhere. Not one player brought Jozy into that game. every forward ball was a lump forward. Yes he had a half chance in the first half and yes his control was a bit suspect but get a look at his 30 (THIRTY) goals last season and compare his service and support to that crap today.
On a side note, he should have a go at the free kicks because the Swede ( better know as the turnip to me) is fcking woefull.
