Be interesting to see how that actually worked out on the pitch. West Ham's OS found it very confusing, by their own admission, as they thought that there was a lot of movement from our attacking players. One of the good points of the way we seem to be setting up, as long as all of our players know where everyone's supposed to be.
Holtby has gone from playing champions league football to playing youth football, fair play to him for his attitude as he seems to be a good character.
Thats why I don't quite get the people who are questioning Holtby's place at this club after half a season, he was playing CL football at Schalke when he was what, 21? He seems to have the right attitude and IMO he has the talent to make a difference at this club as well. Also if I remember correctly then there have been suggestions from certain people that his fitness when he arrived was not really up to standard...am I right or just getting forgetful in my youth? I think there is more to come from that young man anyway, a lot more to come.
Sandro played U21 last week - we need the pair of them back to match fitness, I get the feeling Holtby may be getting his chance in the Europa League this season.
As Spurcat's mentioned in the past, our physios demand real fitness from players on their return from injury now. Parker had to play in the reserves last season, despite his age and experience, so there can be no complaints from anyone else.

His hair looks pretty Japanese! He's played and scored for them at youth level, so I assume at least one of his parents is from there.
