Cabaye has been a disgrace in the way he's handled it so far.

He's our vice captain, has captained us on numerous occassions and as a senior international player he's meant to set an example to our younger players. Have to say it does back up what Norma was saying last season that he's simply not captain material and is fairweather.

It would be massively counter productive to boo him or get on his back if he does play as ultimately he could stay with us. I firmly believe Arsenal won't bid 20m for him and I'm certain Ashley won't sell for less than that. Also if reports are true that PSG have pulled out then there is a good chance he could stay.

If I was going today I'd back the lads from the first minute to the last, if we're **** then I'd boo and give them hell at full time. For me that's the time to vent anger & frustration.

No good booing during the game, that's not going to motivate them. Get behind them during the game and if they play as if they don't care boo them after the final whistle to let them know what you think of their performance.

For anybody that likes a little flutter on the games, Paddy Power are offering 25/1 Cisse to score in a 1-0 win.

    Worth a daft fiver methinks.

Oh well, time for me to make my way into town and get some of that 25/1 on before the price drops.

I'm having a tenner on Cisse to score 2 in a 3-1 win.

I just hope St Alan doesn't let the bastards in charge grind him down and decide to throw the towel in, despite last season he needs supporting as I believe his hands are tied with regards to transfers etc. I'm certainly more worried about him either leaving or getting the boot than I am him staying because he deserves the chance to right last season's wrongs, unfortunately he can't with the idiots he's having to work with.

Howay, man - it's not like Gareth Bale ACTUALLY has an injury, is it?! Same thing. Christ, if we could find a Gareth Bale we could pay off the fat w@nker and maybe get our club into owners whose ambition is somewhere north of 17th. I just want to see how the AshKinPards transfer game plan plays out. It obviously involves Cabaye and quite possibly always did. Fully expect us to snap up Jerone Zoet, Phil Bardsley and Rickie Lambert with the proceeds.

Is it time we docked Cabayes wages for refusing to do his job?

Assuming it is Cabaye and not the management wanting to make sure he doesn't get injured¬

It so boils my piss that well paid footballers struggle to do their job in a region where the average wage is so low.

This is a man under pressure. Pardew reverting to 4-4-2, because he's realised that he cannot work out how to play any other way. Huge pressure on this working today, but the old 4-4-2 is as simple as it gets. It's a talented bunch of players, good creativity on the wings and nice to give Cisse a partner. Clearly Ameobi due to West Ham being physical.

I hope it works, I really do.

Happy to see Marveaux and Anita starting. Would have liked Dummett to start and can't imagine Gouffran is too pleased being dropped for Shola.

West Ham have a slow but powerful back four, playing Shola is playing in to their hands. Gouffran would have had them **** scared with his pace.

Hope Pardew proves me wrong though and that Shola has a stormer.

Think it's good we have Shola on, he usually does well against West Ham.

Really couldn't care less about Cabs anymore. Sod him.

Can't work it out. Reckon it's the latter, but why, unless we're aiming to spend upwards of £25m in the last few days of this godforsaken window? We have had £15m for PEA accepted, £8m for Gomis accepted. So we've got to have around £10m+ available without selling Cabs, who's off for £15m, right? But it won't happen, will it.

I'm being delusional and hoping that we need Cabaye to **** off in order to sign a big signing striker and 2/3 other players. If we sign the big signing striker and then we don't sell Cabaye then we cannot buy the other 2/3 players almost first team players who I think are all English.

Also, what happened to our youth recruitment?
