take the stupid grin off the cant's face I tell you what - the spurs fan who published his picture with him at the airport must feel a right tool
Quite a few LFC fans had gone to get Will.i.an printed on the back of their new home shirts earlier this week on the basis of various reports. Just shows the influence of the media hype machine and the fickleness of modern football. You should just throw bandages and various medical equipment at him since he seems to like your clinic so much, and it would also double as an ironic reference to the Hammers fans who threw bog roll at your players when they came down with food poisoning in 2006.
Apparently it's down to willian to choose now. Obviously he's going to choose Chelsea, but surely It's going to massively damage his relationship with AVB?
The Fail are claiming that they've got an EXCLUSIVE on us talking to Chiriches about a £7.5m deal. You know, the one that's been going on for about a month that everyone knows about. The one that got put on hold because of the nutter in jail. Exclusive? Eriksen scored Ajax's third in their 3-3 draw with Heerenveen. Went 2-0 up, 3-2 down and he got them level again.
Well it was his boyhood dream to play for Chelsea at Anfield under AVB...... or was it play for Liverpool under JM at WHL, or was it play for Spurs under Roy Rogers at Stanford Bridge? Who knows? Time to forget him and move on.
Roberto Soldado ‏@R9Soldado 4m Un hito vergonzoso: 1 millón de #niñosdeSiria refugiados debido a la guerra. No lo podemos permitir http://bit.ly/1dvNe35 Roberto Soldado ‏@R9Soldado 4m A shameful milestone: 1 million refugee #childrenofSyria because of the war. We cannot allow this http://www.unicef.org Jesus, we've signed a striker who actually cares about real people rather than real Madrid, we might just have a really good one here.
I'm sticking with my original view that we don't need Willian, and am happy for the chavs to beat us to his signature, he's more likely to be another SWP then a mata so let's worry about the team we do have and I'm sure Baldini will rather sign Lamela as I get the impression Willian was more a Avb target.
I think that Willian is a good player, however, we need players who want to play and win with Spurs not players who want to get inside the owners wallet. If you look at the under 21's tonight, 2-0 down at half time but came back to win 3-2, a winning mentality and winning for Spurs, that's what we need. Mercenaries who hide when the going gets tough are no good to us, why do people think Willian is being sold? He was a good player with a bad attitude. No value. Year 2 Adebayor springs to mind, if he really put his mind to it he could be superb, but he doesn't. Williian will have a brilliant first year but then fade, mark my words. Edit: Love the ****ing shirt
Agreed (but not that he's a good player LOL) Willian will be happy playing the odd game, earning a fortune, getting his hair done and using Twitter. The guy is 25 had two Brazil caps, only against boliva. it's rare for big money Signings over the age of 25 to be great players if they can't feature for their country. And as you say, attitude isn't what we need, happy to see andros '' not ready '' townsend do the business, even if he doesn't have a flash name.
Real Madrid have constructed some sort of stage to do a presentation, are they going to present Gareth Bale or show the Madridistas what Levy has turned down? (£93M in £50 notes stacked in a pile is taller than the London Eye)
Well it isn't going to be a "Gareth, look at all the trophies you could have won if you came here" , is it.
Looks like Lamella is on his way but at a balesque type price. Twatter is reporting 30 M euros, plus 10 M add-ons (for CL qualification over 5 years)
Not the CM playmaker I'd prefer so not bothered by Willian. His form speaks for itself, the Russian league he's spent so much time in is ****, the only reason he went to Shakthar was money, and signing for the warzone ****ehole Anzhi says it all. In this case he doesn't care about our 'project', only the wages Abumitch offers, he'll say CL, which is the only valid point he's got...if he gets a game. He'd be a regular with us I'm sure, but that doesn't seem to be of any concern to him....fuk him.
I'll go with that, time to wish the boy luck, it was a pleasure watching him play for Spurs. Up there with the greats. He will have to work very hard to succeed there but from the bottom of my heart I hope he does. He has respected us, he has not put in a transfer request like rat boy. However, if anyone want to contribute to putting out a contract on his agent we could have a collection. I'm sure one of the subscribers on the mousers board could help us out.
Getting gazumped by Chelsea is annoying, but I didn't want Willian from the start, and I definitely am glad we don't have him now. I do want Lamela, though, but I have no clear idea what the chances are of getting him. Oh, and whenever Gareth goes, nothing but the best from me. It's been a great pleasure watching you play. And I appreciate you never said a word against the club. I sincerely hope he continues to flourish--on the other hand, I'd kinda like to see Real shoot itself in the foot... And I wouldn't cry buckets of tears if Bale's agent got shot somewhere else.
Martin Jol on his new signings at Fulham: Jol said: "If you'd told me three or four weeks ago that Darren Bent and Scott Parker would be on board, and Adel Taarabt, who played for me at Tottenham and was a £15m player, I wouldn't have believed you. Er - me neither, Martin. Difference is that I still don't believe it.
