You seem to think that Scotland is similar to Ireland . Not so . Ireland had centuries of domination . Servile peasants who bent over and got it rammed right up them Scotland dispelled the English . We were an independent nation . WE decided to join forces with the English . We even sent a few of our citizens over to your island to take advantage of your third world country . Yes, if you consider shooting people in the back as they are out walking with their children, going round murdering people in the street and in their beds, and intimidating enough of the country to be able to push through an illegal and unwanted declaration of independence, to be an accomplishment then they did alright.
