It was a poor joke aimed at the intelligence of spurs' fans.

Most of us Spurs fans are despairing at the news that Fat Joe is almost a done-deal at the Lane, with £3 million be bandied about as the purchase price.

I wouldn't mind taking him off your hands for nothing, but £3 million! That's an awful lot of pies.

It wasn't a joke. Jokes are funny. That wasn't.

You're simply using that as an excuse to try to save face, and in a vain attempt to prov to the world that you are not a plum.

And a 'Pool fan calling a Spurs fan thick!
    <laugh>
I really have heard it all, now!

Spurs fans are thick, they think 1 season in the champions league makes them a big club.
Bozz has this as one of his signatures.
The last time Spurs won the league...Ken Barlow had acne.

Jokes are only funny if they are rooted in some degree of truth. No one, not even the bitterest of Gooners, truly believes that Spur will be relegation fodder next season.

You really haven't got the hang of this "joke" business, have you?

If Spurs in the top 10 next season, they will probably blame Lasagne. They will say the chefs in their team hotel are Arsenal fans.

I don't get people who moan about Anderson, he's been injured for half the season but when he came back he looked like a great midfielder. If he just becomes consistent, he's got everything you need to be a top, top midfielder... pace, strength, vision. Just needs a to add a few more goals to his locker, seems he's got over that duck now.

    Martin Jol

    MON

    Mourhinio

    Ancelotti

    Benitez

Who knows? There are plenty of good managers out there who would relish the chance to manage a big London club like Spurs.

Thanks for your interest, though <ok>

Mourinho, Ancelotti or Benitez? <laugh> and you call us deluded. You are a small club who have had 1 season in the Champion's league. Perhaps it's time you begun to get real, I'm sure all those years living in the shadow of Arsenal have made you slightly psychotic though!

Only for the copious amounts of money, and the fact he's out of work at the moment.
