I'm not glad as such, because I think if we'd really wanted him we could have got him. I just don't think he was a target the club was that interested in following up. Still think we need a winger.
"...following arguments with Luiz Felipe Scolari during his time at Chelsea he drew a moustache on the Brazilian tactician in permanent pen, which remains to this day." Yes I think that's a fairly safe assumption.
Good article about Roma's problems, and the possible sale of Lamela to Spurs: http://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/roma-allow-lamela-walk-tottenhams-arms Including a brief mention of our hirsute new friend:
Flamini's good for Arsenal. Not as good as Wanyama would have been, but good. I'm adding Willian to my predicted flops now.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Willian has been waiting around at Spurs for hours waiting for the contract to sign, and now bid from Chelsea has come through. Now he's not sure what to do.

Also, if Chelsea get Willian, that would fuel even more of our hopes that Moses could be a possibility! He'd be behind Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Schurrle, Willian, and De Bruyne?
If Chelsea do get Willian then surely that means Moses has to be off? Hazard, Mata, Willian, Oscar, De Bruyne, Schrulle all ahead of him in Jose's pecking order.
