It's pointless putting sig on the left, he drifts in far too much anyway, making us way too compact and leaves our left back doing overlaps all game, running miles as a result.

I know this is only some crappy Georgian team, but townsend has to have a run in the team whoever we sign imo.

 

I don't know about anyone else, but I rather enjoyed that.

First time I can remember seeing Naughton do something special. Clean dispossession in a dangerous area, followed by a perfectly weighted ball to Townsend. And are we sure we want anyone other than Townsend to start? The run, the dribble to find space and the cross were all superb. Nice Paulinho gets on the books, as well.
