Erik posted this in one of the Norwich threads. It is possibly the worst report I have ever read. If I had done that for my Sports Journalism course at Uni, I would probably be failed instantly. It's ****ing awful. Passing game not our forte? We play a long ball game? Diving about all over? Does he actually know who the **** he is reporting on?
That has to be one of the worst analyses of the opposition (us) I have ever read. He appears to be clueless about our players, our style of play, and even our pitch. I have forecast this as a 1-1 draw but after reading this I hope that we will give them a massive tonking and that they move rapidly down toward relegation. Pathetic!!
Hopefully, Hughton's game-plan is based in a similar appraisal to this. If it is then a shock is on the cards. Attacking penetration is our weak-point, though we have plenty of good passers and link-up players, crossers in the squad. I'd say our honesty is generally to our detriment and we can knock the ball about well. We'll hopefully be solid at the back, but have enough pace, flair and passing capability to cause the mid-to-lower ranking sides enough of a problem. This "report" is entirely based on mis-informed prejudice. The more of that the better this season in my view. This report sounds like someone making excuses before kick-off. Let's **** 'em!

Its not just 1 poster though, Almost everyone has agree'd with him, look at the post below it. A poster with 33k post count saying "This game is so low key I doubt if the bbc will even realise that it is being played and forget to send cameras and commentator." It may well be the minority of NCFC Fans been assholes (And I apologize to the civil fans); but I have yet to see anyone disagree with him.
Let's agree to disagree as I do not see anyone actually agreeing with a single word he has written, although I accept no one has actually challenged what he said other than a few HUFC visitors. I do see some thinking we will win, but if you do a heads count of your own fans on here, and how many think they will (or should) win, I think you will find a similar trend In the great scheme of things, Hull v Norwich is a low key game compared to any game involving Man U, Man C, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool & Chelsea, and arguably a relegation 6 pointer (even in August ). Both of us are here to make up the numbers, unless there is a serious twist of fate lying in wait

Yea I can see it from your prospective if i'm honest, I guess almost every "bottom half of the table teams" will be thinking they can all win each other, Guess thats what makes the premier league so interesting. I'm not usually that quick to judge on opposition fans and im sure the majority of you lot are decent lads, I just get abit grouchy after not been able to sleep for over 30 hours. People can and will do as they please. I just feel a bit of context helps. It's one fool on a **** networ and they're to be pitied and laughed at. It's just a shame if one turd is used to make generalisations when plenty of other Norwich fans have, in my opinion, been spot on.
Who the **** is this? We all agree that this is a relegation battle and I seem to remember that in the last season we played you we certainly beat you once if not twice and that wasn't that long ago. You are no better than the deluded muppets on Vital Norwich as you disrespect us by getting our intials wrong. We are HCFC, now jog on.
They ought to put a copy of that report on the dressing room notice board. Makes SBs job easier, he wouldn't need to do a team talk.
