Why not.... watching an interveiw with him and his dad on Skysports and they seem to have pretty much the same intent. Incey (Paul) was saying they have talked and to progress his development he should be going to a team where he is playing every week, not warming the bench getting a game every other week. He is a quality home grown player who would be great for us in midfield.

Why not? Because he's a winger

I'll be honest and say I haven't seen much of him.

But from the little I have seen he doesn't seem at all like a player who could play as a playmaker.

After all we already have a winger playing cm and well that's not so great

Not seen enough to tell, but he has attracted a lot of interest. Is he Prem level?

I'll stick my neck out on the line and say he's not much if at all better than Mavrias who we're sigining for €3m, whereas Ince would cost £8m.

I haven't seen Mavrias play before but at only 19 he has two caps for Greece and is a regular at one of Greece's best teams

Hope we get a cm in soon

Don't see us signing a winger to put him cm though

You may want to remove that post BBP. I suggested it and was promptly shot down in flames by a few fellow posters. I thought it was worth a shout with Cabral there for the physical aspect and Sess as the creator. Possibly only me and you think its worth a try.

Gil. Going to start a thread which looks at why he should be there logically.

Unfortunately full of red wine and watchin a film I really wanted to see and therefore it will take time.

Me and you will prevail - just give me time in my logic.

    KTF?

    LOL?

    Not Sesssssssssssss

He doesn't have the required discipline to play cm, he'd be all over the gaff. May as well be playing up front

He can afford to roam when he's behind the striker but as a cm he can't afford to leave Cabral on his own.

One more thing, although he may have the vision he doesn't have the passing ability of what a playmaker should

This. Sess can't pass the ball like a playmaker. I could be wrong but I think it would be a horrific failure.

We have to bare in mind that PDC wants a playmaker to partner Cabral.

Consider Huddlestone was a prime candidate. Compare Sess and Huddlestone and you'll see how Sess can't play as a playmaker.

He might be able to pass as a cm (although I still think he'd just end up hanging around up-front), but he definitely couldn't play the role of a Huddlestone.

Of course it would. We need a player to control the tempo and possession. Sess is a luxury player with no set position.

We absolutely aren't good enough to play with only one true CM. if anything we need 3!
