@ Zingy (if this thread is really here ) I'm the manager of a small community charity. Look at improving local issues around health, crime, environment, safety etc, plus organise eight community events and run a newsletter. It's very reliant on funding which, in the current climate, is very difficult to secure and we are pretty much at the brink now having used up all our reserve funds. Despite me spending a time on here, I am actually snowed under most of the time and use this as an escape every ten minutes or so But seriously, like today, when I need to get on with something you won't see me on here as its my responsibility to secure funding as well as manage the centre etc.
I've submitted three other bids totalling almost £30,000. If we get all of them then we should be okay for almost a year (we generate 57% of our own funds and only need funding for the other 43%) Not holding my breath though. One is likely (£5k) because its from a local authority but the other two are probably 50:50s

£30k is the breaking even point for a year, ideally need about £50k-£60k so that we can build the reserves back up but that's perhaps greedy at the minute
Gently does it, always the best way! Thats what I do with my money I need to get in but I just break it up into daily targets, seems less daunting that way

TBH, I didn't know what you wanted me to do either so I just posted the YouTube videos Unfortunately, I can't do that. If a fund is available then I have to fit something together to apply for it because there is little to go around ATM
Yeah its really bad climate, I have one customer paying his bill off £10 a month! Its come around to where ive got to rebook him, dont think he'll do it somehow Another of my reboooks I read in my notes (that accounts leave for me) saying do not rebook this he's passed away and another is going through chemo! How can i ring her?! Poor lady Hopefully everything will get going again, think its picking up the money just needs to get flowing again. From what ive picked up on from cust its not getting the work its getting them to pay for the work done! Must be testing for you
