Few media outlets are saying that Spurs prefer Pjanic over Lamela because he will be cheaper. And that also Roma are the ones trying to force a deal over Lamela. Hopefully we can get in there before anyone else ...
I stopped listening to the press a long time ago regarding football. We didn't want to match Spuds' bid although we were offered the chance to do so - that's what I'm told.
But still listening to gossip. Sme may be true other bits not so. There's no statement whatsoever from the club. So no OFFICIAL word. I trust ITK statements as much as I trust the press.

Is he even that good or that for sure to be a world class? Feel like he would be another Shelvey, Mcearchon(sp), etc.
Depends how he is nurtured, trained and educated. With the right manager he could become a great. The wrong manager and he could become average. I think Rodgers could be the ideal manager for him and his pass and move style of play.
Heard good things about him but never seen him play so have no idea if he is any good. Whatever happened to Giles Barnes he was the next big thing at one stage.
Just think we already have too many of that type in the team, let alone spending 15 mil on Joe Allen who is just an older version right? Really hoping we hit Diame, Mulumbu, somebody like that up to add some steel in there. We are so damn light at having that type of player in the team.
