At least if he comes into the first team (and I hope he will be judged good enough straight away) he will replace Lees, so its not like he is going to be compared to perfection On Lees, although the recent signs have not been good, he still might turn it around and it might be a spell on the becnh will give him a chance to recuperate. My worry is that he won't turn it around, mainly because he hasn't been exhibiting much fire and fighting spirit, in he demeanour anyhow. Making mistakes can usually be fixed. lack of passion is a different matter. But I hoping still he might come through, the early feedback on him was good so it could still be he was given too much responsibility too soon

I have managed to see the highlights, but LUTV really is rubbish. The articles are out of order - the most recent one according to LUTV last night was an interview with BM, so I signed into it to find it was pre-Chesterfield. Totally useless. The LUTV update was a full 2 minutes, of repeated stuff than people like Austin had said. Useless again. Also, I quite like seeing a full 90 minutes recorded. Don't mind waiting a few days, which is what you used to have to do. Now there is nothing other than the 15 mins of highlights, and that does not give you a proper perspective of the team really did, especially as LUTV tend to select the best bits of Leeds. Put that on top of the fact you can never find anything - anything, never mind live match commentaries - and it is a disaster at the moment.
Morning all!!! For me, Lees to right back, Peltier to the M62. Scum kept this lad all the way to 21 years old, but now he has to be registered and they don't have space, so good for us that he's available. Also, he started at Liverpool and came through their academy, only joined Scum when he was old enough for a pro contract. Fergie wanted him at Scum and saw him as a good prospect, so they offered him a deal and had to pay Liverpool a fee. Says a lot for me, and McD is known for finding diamonds. Really hope he works out for us, and its not too long before he's keeping a clean sheet at Old Toilet!!
Oh, and of course one of Fergie's biggest blunders was telling Piquet he wasn't good enough to be a footballer when releasing him on a free rather than give him a squad number. The lad has gone on to shine for Barcelona and Spain, winning everything going. Funny how the Scum loving press NEVER EVER mention this monumental fcuk up!!
