Why has Swim be banned

Mikraswan made a "joke" in very poor taste about racism, he then pm'd me and said he was serious and wanted action.
Given my views on racism and the work i have done to try and stop racist comments such as gypo and pikie it has in one fell swoop been undone by this idiot.
I have asked the supermod to ban him from the site not just the Cardiff board. Not particulary bothered if he isn't banned from the board but carry on lads.

Will you please stop misquoting me, Calling me names and (mis)using me in your "political" games. I've pm'd you an excuse for my behavior, that you obviosly couldn't use for anything.

Mikra, I have just read your apology so thanks for that. I am extremely angry that a swans poster will make "jokes" about racism after all the vitriol directed at John Hughes for using terms such as pikie and gypo. Nothing to do with political games, you overstepped the mark when you followed up your complaint with private emails, given English is not your mother tongue can I suggest you steer clear of jokes and especially jokes about racism.

Its not about kicks, it's about responsibility and respect, something you would do well to remember before posting in future. You are rarely on the Cardiff board but and one of your few posts is a poor joke on racism. Look inwards chap. Apology accepted.

Swim has not been banned. Mikra has not been banned.

 

i dont think the Spanish Inquisition is going to help. This seems to have been one almight misunderstanding perhaps magnified by a cultural difference in humour.

Mikra has apologised to me. I am happy with that and move on. Taff has help explained what happened and I move on. If anyone had been wronged tonight it is me for the accusations labelled at me in the complaint and then enhanced in the red card. It is strange how it has highlighted an issue that wasnt originally there. In that much I understand where taff is coming from in "calling wolf" in situations like these (especially after last weekend)

banning mikra is a nonsense. give the dude a chance....he us danish after all and this is his 3rd language. if it is me up for a permanent ban then .............. oh oh!

Sorry mate I disagree, the original "joke" claimed racism. I will not chill out with regard to racism especially after all the work I have done in trying to reduce the perceived racist comments made against you guys on our board!
