I agree overall your squad is stronger, however I've thought (minus Fer) your centre midfielders lack quality e.g Howson and Johnson. Can't really say I've watched you a lot though so I could be wrong.

Shame I'll be missing the game, being at Leeds Fest, should be a good game.

a lot of underestimating of Norwich, they have a good manager and will surprise a few this season..,our problem more than likely will be scoring a goal !

Huddlestone screamer, 1-0 and our first three points of the season.

To be fair, I haven't watched your team play a lot either, Sunday was the first time in ages. You will know your team a lot better than I will and same versa.

Howson and Johnson have been playing in the premier league for a couple of seasons now and both have improved greatly. Our Midfield if fit should be, (imo, other NCFC might disagree)

    Snodgrass - Fer - Johnson - Redmond
    -------------Howson-------------

Which is a pretty good midfield, but I'm biased lol.

You lot had a good 2nd half against Chelsea, so either way, I am expecting a very tough game.

I agree that many are underestimating Norwich, the team and the manager. CH is a cracking football manager and will have his dressing room well up for us; he has spent well (not finished, methinks, so not a bad time to play them) and they play tidy football and are a well-established team. Unless we want to struggle for a draw, our strikers and midfield must, absolutely must get goals.
As for it being a 'must win' game, I think that it should definitely be taken on as just that.

I'm really confident in our defence and midfield, particularly now we've added Huddlestone and Livermore who I think are top players who any would get into most teams in the PL, particularly Huddlestone. Our obvious weakness though is up front. We've had this same problem for years now and we've never really signed a proven striker to solve it, mainly because they're so bloody expensive now. Whether Graham/Sagbo can perform up front for us will play a big part in deciding our fate this season.

Massive game because we won't get anything from Man City.
If we get out played by Norwich (no disrespect) at home then it's going to be a very long season !

Just remembered Snodgrass is a ****.

He really is my least favourite footballer. Cheats in every possible way and then scores a free kick against us. Every bloody time <grr>

Agreed, I can't stand the bloke, he's been a twat every time he's played against us.

His reception will be very different to Turner's, who I expect will be warmly welcomed back, before being abused for the following ninety minutes.

Games against teams like Norwich are matches we simply have to get 3 points from. Certainly if we're going to stay in the division. I don't think Norwich will be anywhere in the top half (1-10) so therefore they are in our mini league. A very winnable game, and one I hope at home we go for the jugular.

I hope he gets a good reception, and then scores an own goal just to cement his affection for him with us. I seem to remember Myhill giving us a helping hand when he last was at the KC.

I remember that, Mclean somehow squeezed a shot past him when we won 2-1.

That was a ****ing cold night game if I recall. I think it was -5 Celsius or something like that.

I hope Turner gets a good reception. I'm certainly going to applaud his name, he's one of many heroes across the years at this club.

I'm one with an open mind simply because we don't know if we have good enough forwards they didn't really get much of a chance against Chelsea, if we can get goals then we have a chance against half the teams in this league. However its a big step up even the bottom half teams in the premier league are good. Chelsea went through us like a knife going through butter yes they were brilliant but did we not close them down quick enough i don't know we will have to see how other clubs cope with them. Regarding Saturday Norwich i think will be a decent mid table team so it will give us a good idea how we are going to do this season

Yes Snotgrass is a cheating, diving moaning **** and I am certain that Turner will get a very warm reception (until kick off that is). I am expecting an entertaining open game, hard to call the result but I have to say 2-1 to The Tigers <party>

Your right it was a ****ing cold night, but Boaz helping hand warmed me up. I will also give Turner a good reception, he was a great servant for us.

I'd be happy with a point, will be a very tough game, i just hope we won't struggle with goals despite playing well which i worry about
