Now that Stoke City, and against the odds (no disrespect but not many outside Stoke expected you to stay up), have established themselves in the Premier League, what are your expectations for the forthcoming season?

Are you content just to avoid the drop or expect greater things (mid table upwards)
Do you expect another good cup run or happy go lucky whatever happens?

WTF? you didnt expect us to stay up? well who did you expect not to go down then?. Weve stayed up comfortably for 2 years and we strengthened our squad but you didnt expect us to stay up this season?. I hope youre not a betting man, as I dont think many people would have bet that stoke would go down this season.

    hmmmmmmm, interesting article..........

Agreeing with ric here mate, many thought Stoke would stay up.

I, personally would love another cup run, the thrill of Wembley, the different teams and venues and just every aspect of the F.A Cup competition I love. Especially how far we got this year of course! ;) I'm sure, I speak for many on here, we'd love for Stoke to have a successful FA Cup.

RE the leauge, I would be thrilled with a top half finish, but I'm quite easily pleased with mid-table to be honest. As long as Tone and the fans can tell we're improving and not declining.

Apologies, I could have worded the opening post better I think.

The 1st season you defied the odds, and following the 2nd season you have become an established PL team - didn't mean to upset anyone.

thats ok no problem. Im just happy if we keep plodding along as we are and just keep bringing in better players. The main thing is that we dont get ourselves into debt (which wont happen with Pulis and Coates at the helm). Good luck for the season and enjoy it!!.

YOU upset me too to be honest. For christ's sake we've stayed up with ease. We had a great season and will improve again, I've no doubts about it.
Mid table will suit me fine. Can I ask you the same question? Let's face it already Norwich, Swansea and QPR are all tipped too struggle I don't think they will fare too badly like Hull, Blackpool and Wigan always do enough. But don't be surprised to find that just attacking flair will win you games in this League it won't.
I know Norwich have been here before and did really well. Good luck, hope you stay up too! It's much harder than it was two or three years ago. Apart from last season which, is maybe why Stoke did so well if you believe what the papers tell you anyway. We DID massively improve and we will again next season.

Let's face it, if we hadn't we would have gone done aka the Shambles that are West Ham F.C. Good riddence too some of the most arrogant fans too post on here.

Me too!! Although maybe not for the same reason. I just want us to do the double over Norwich to get up Mick Dennis' nose, we all know how much he hates Stoke and Pulis.

I'm surrounded by Norwich supporters around here, and I still remember all the stick I got from them when we got promoted.

Again I can only apologise, the opening post was not well written and no offence to any Stoke fans was intended.
I know how well you have done and give great credit to Tony Pulis & the team. It's good to see a 'smaller' team being able to compete at this level and frequently take 3 points from the 'top' teams <ok>

My hopes for Norwich - Survival and not much else to be honest.
Perhaps a little like Blackpool, causing a couple of upsets along the way with some wins against the big boys. I also believe will take a few good batterings against the likes of Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea and probably you guys at the Britannia.

If we can survive the 1st season then hopefully we can follow Stoke in strengthening the squad, staying in the black and improve year on year.

Mid table finish, Carling and FA Cup in the cabinet and a nice lil Europa League run, happy days.
