I read somewhere that Coentrao didn't actually submit a transfer request. Ancelotti was asked if he wanted to go and he said yes, which the media then misinterpreted. No idea if that's true.
Twitter. I have no idea how anyone knows, probably trailed on the channel. Being at work though, I just trust what I'm told
I've just seen a trailer for it on SSN...AVB adamant Bale has not played his last game for Spurs! haven't seen the whole interview yet.
It was careful wording Hiag, with a wry smile he said "not at the moment", the truth of that is he hasn't played his last game until he's sold...which is "not at the moment"!
Is anyone else glad it will only be two weeks at most until we're done with the Bale-in-this-transfer-window saga? I'd rather he stay, I could live with him leaving, but aside from that I'm sick of the endless parade of rumors. Having said that...Bale going to Real, or signing a new contract, would, I think involve Daniel Levy reaching an agreement with Real or Bale's agent. Given what I know about Levy, I'm dubious either will happen. Meaning Bale will play another year on his current contract, then be sold...
"i am very happy with the win in the premier league and also for getting the man of the match trophy on my debut," the 25-year old said to espn brazil. ============================================================ someone better let him know there's no trophy.
LD claiming on Chelsea board of a deal consisting of Coentao plus 93 mill and Willian coming in too. The sums don't add up with Madrid's valuation of Coentrao for me. However if true I'm flying off to Spain next week with my family and ill drop Bale off myself.
Sorry guys but how can you say Bale will be staying when you are spending his transfer fee as we speak, Willian and Lamela deals agreed apparently, Arsenal will be gutted! haha Levy just making sure he get his signings before selling for £85M plus.
Sorry for being pedantic, but what would you call that 'trophy' they hand out to the man of the match?
€93m, not pounds. £80m-ish plus Coentrao, according to Sky Italia. No idea if it's true but it's pretty similar to what's been touted for ages.
because we haven't spent any money in 4 years, we had a CL campaign, a new tv deal, a new sponsorship deal and we sold £30m worth of players this summer too. I'm not saying he won't go, but i'm pretty sure we have the money without selling
maybe its £80m+coentroe plus modric money? Out of interest, what is the actual correct spelling of the LB's name? Edit - Coentrão
Sorry, but cannot see how even with new revenue streams, how Willan and Lamela can possibly be incoming without Bale being sold.
