You should probably ask Sport Wereld. Or are you struggling to grasp the fact that matth is just posting rumours off Twitter?
We paid more than that for him, what a clueless piece of **** that report is. The asking price will be £30m for Fellaini alone, you aint getting Baines, as we don't want to sell & he's not going to push for a move.
#MUFC set to make a new £35mill joint bid for Fellaini and Baines this week with Moyes determined to land the duo.
Not unless there's the best part of £30m on the table for Fellaini alone they won't A bit like your lot refusing to sell Rooney & the ****e refusing to sell Suarez, we hold the card here, not you.
You seem ****ed off with this Tobes ? What are the finances like at Everton now ? I'm only asking as I was wondering if Moyes is pulling at bit of a ****s trick and using some inside knowledge of his old club ?
#MUFC Moyes wants Fellaini in Man Utd shirt for Chelsea clash. Daily Mirror claim United will offer £33m for Everton duo, Baines and Fellaini. #mufc
Too right I'm ****ed off with it mate. The clubs finances have been crap but they're now stable, we have no need to sell this summer, in order to repay debt, but if we want to spend any more it'll have to be self funding. The arrival of an additional £25m+ of TV revenue next summer will make the picture look more rosey. So Moyes has not got some inside track in that regard. Most Blues have really lost respect for Moyes over this, not because he's come back to try & poach our best 2 players - you'd half expect that - but the manner & more importantly the timing of it, is poor form, given everything he's said in the past on the same subject. He knows what he's doing here, it's underhand & downright disrespectful to the club that he lead for 11 years. Suffice it to say, that whatever the outcome (& I hope we tell you to **** right off at any price tbh) he's going to get a poor reception on his return, from a sizeable chunk of us.
Goal understands that while Toffees boss Roberto Martinez is resigned to losing Fellaini this summer, the former Wigan manager is hopeful Baines will remain an Everton player. http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892...-first-team-assurances-from-manchester-united
Would you not expect Martinez to act for Everton and for their best interests, even when he tries to buy players from Wigan, Swansea and clubs he managed in the past? Would you not expect him t get the lowest price possible, after all this is what Moyes has been doing in the past ten years? For me, Moyes is still stuck in the Everton mode. He is trying to bargain and squeeze the last million. He is now manager of the biggest club on earth and does not need to do that IMO. Of course I am not saying that we should just pay whatever is being asked but it is expected that United will pay a bit more for players they want.
Not when it was him who set their values I wouldn't, which is the case with both of those players. He bid on the eve of the season KO, with the sole intention of unsettling the players concerned & given his long association with the club, that's a massive show of disrespect, whichever way you cut it. "Everton are a club that don't sell cheap" - David Moyes
in the same Goal site, it says Baines is concerned by how much he will start in UTD and would that effect his world cup chances
So basically cause the season is looming no one is allowed to bid for players despite the transfer window.
Placing a bid on the eve of the new season KO when you've had all summer? Behave that's contrived & given the fact that it's Moyes orchestrating it, from an Everton perspective it stinks. I hope the **** crashes & burns at United now tbh.
