I'd probably use the reporting of super-injunctions as a precedent. Everybody is fine to report that an MP had named Ryan Giggs as the footballer to have taken one out, but nobody is allowed to name the footballer who took out the injunction because it would be contempt of court. So, for on here, if you're saying someone is a *****phile you'd better be right and be able to prove it, if however you're saying that somebody on twitter is saying that person is a *****phile and you link to the tweet then you should be fine. All your comment is doing is reporting that someone is making the allegation, which is factually correct and is provable. Retweeting creates a problem because you're not putting anything in it to say that the claims being made by the original person may not be the truth.
It is so refreshing that a poster is showing such interest in my previous posts. It's just a pity that she/he has nothing of substance to offer in the way of genuine debate. Did you lay awake thinking about me or something?
BSM, the thread was re-ignited because of a remark that I made on here a few days ago. Bigotry to Wumery is upset because he thinks that I have double standards and so he is trying to prove a point. The fact is that he/she is offended by the comment that insinuates that he/she has incest with his Mother, he is so offended by my post that he/she has had to show her it, so that she too is now offended. If only I could met them both to explain that I was only calling Bigotry to Wumery a Mother ****er, and that is considered on par to calling someone a Bastard. I perhaps should have just called him/her a vagina. Maybe in your role as the Bullshit Man you could give me some advice, should I really post what I genuinely believe to be true or just post bullshit as normal?
This type of thing can also work in your favour of course. During the time i was getting rid of my ex, she was spouting all sorts of ****e on facebook. like she was going to take me to the cleaners, that the new man was all this and that. How they found a new place etc. lastly how i would regret kicking her out etc. Turns out that because she was co habiting with her new fella i didnt have to pay her a ****ing penny and cancelled all payments to her prior to the divorce. Most of the ****e she had written on facebook got so far up the judges nose that he managed to persuade her that a clean break would be the only way he would sign off on the divorce as her demands were far to extravagant. Extortionate and fraudulent where the words he used i think, statements full of half truths etc. I have my kids with me which is all i ever wanted in the first place so its a win, win for me, get in. So now free and single and loving life like never before. Funny how those simple sometimes offensive posts on facebook/twitter can cost you thousands in the long run, LOL.
