Monk posted earlier about us still being after 2 players, 1 is a defender the other is Scott Sinclair on loan but that would only happen on our terms.
I would be sad to see Jos H leave as he is valuable when we play the hoof ball merchants like Weast Ham and Stoke. He loves that physical battle, is good in an areal bombardment and isn't easily intimidated.
Would still be surprised if we didn't acquire someone who can cover left back, especially as Fox seems to be officially out of favour.
Their Chairman says that to buy they have to sell....not for the money, but to keep the wage bill within the rules. Followed it up by saying of us (on Sunday Supplement) that we must have finished buying as we must be close to the limit. I don't think we are anywhere near their wage bill.
Addicted to playing the game, but not sealing the deal. Less transfer sluts than transfer cockteases.
The Gustavo situation sums it up really; He said he wanted to play for Arsenal, they still couldn't persuade him to join. Is their negotiator Noel Edmunds? Arsene apparently said last week that he was happy with his squad, and that new additions weren't necessary. If this was true, than surely he must see Arsenal as a mid-table side or something? Maybe he was a bit trollied at the time? Now they are in "Bid for Pascal Cygan mode".
