Oh fcuk here we go.. How the **** is leaving a premier league club to join a struggling league 2 team on the verge of non league a step up ?? He could well have been a nobody if he moved here and it went tits up1 he had a reputation in and around London so he would have been fine up that neck of the woods if he stayed there
And players who LOVE their clubs Hell can even throw in Bellemy. Left Liverpool to help get Cardiff into the Premiership, and took a pay cut in the process. Not everybody play for money, although most do
Dai and Norway, you've both insulted each other, can we leave it at that now please and stay on this interesting topic
exactly what I said Valley Not sure which daiswan is on tonight though so it maybe worth repeating that twice
Please respect the views of others, no need to label them rubbish. Norway could you delete the insulting words please, and let this be the end of that matter
From me reading back through the post, I see "Idiot" was directed at Norway by Dai and then "Prick" by Norway at Dai. Best solution gents delete these from your original posts and we can move on.
look what you are saying valley..when liverpool wanted him he turned cardiff down these players you are trying to give examples of have all made their money and have come to the end of their careers...old favorite trunds left us but is now back at the club because he is a favorite with the club not because he loves the club in the sence he did not want to go anywhere else if offered...Its a job that pays the bills. if he was offered more money to keep on playing he would have took that...Fans are the only ones who loves thier clubs. players love any club while they are getting paid by them and if they get a better offer that love goes out the window and he loves his new club more.. When their careers are over and they have made a lot of money they make their way home to where they are from or their first club that gave them a break....in other words they follow the money and get the best deal they can...
But Bellamy is also a Liverpool fan Dai and wanted to play for his hero KD. He then left the club as player of the year to help get Cardiff to the PL when he could have stayed at Liverpool for another season on a much bigger salary. Gerrard is another example, could have left Liverpool for Chelsea, and last season for Bayern if the reports are correct.
Nope, my views on daiswan are very clear, I debate with him all day long but im not taking **** from him either, he has a mannor which projects him knowing everything and others knowing nothing,an arrogance that I will not tolerate, he sows the seeds by saying things like "your talking rubbish" your an idiot if you think that" well, where I come from if some geezer called me an idiot id be sticking the head in on him if it wasn't meant in correct context. Anyway its all a bit of something over nothing, he is the one whining like a big girl, asking to remove "bad language" did I ask him to remove his insults ? no, why? because it means diddly squat in the grand scheme of things, but if you want to make a mountain out of a mole hill im yer man !!
that is what im saying...we dont know apart from what is being reported in the media what is exactly has or has not been put on the table. all we know is that arsenal is after players and we can argue till the cows come home about what is or what is not happening. the simple truth is we dont know anything and what happens happens and we just move on...Like i said to dragon that he cant say what will happen as he certainly dont know and neither do i..
Did you know Arsenal arnt willing to cough up £25 m? Intresting don't you think? I also think they wont pay Swansea city have priced him out of the market And I believe they will look elsewhere Caka has been mentioned Unspectacular move for me though Negredo was the player they should have gone for Too late in the window to really do good business now
valley are you missing the point...liverpool have got to want bellamy in the first place. they decided to let him go to cardiff his home town club. they wanted him....what if they did not want him what then. he would either go to a club that did want him or retire from football alltogether..
Guys Dai is on a WUM, and of course he's always been an olive short of a Pizza, pointless debating with him when he's like this, I've asked him to put his money where his mouth is, as to back his contact at the club, but as you can see, he's not taken me up on it. If Arsenal have been farting around all season over £8 to 10 Million on Williams, where are they going to get £35 Million? It's just the London rags, throwing a tantrum our way, nothing more, but a load of old cobblers!.................
Well you have to ask one question, why wait so long to sign somebody ? They could have had Bony,Gomis,Negredo, soldado, aspas, that guy we were linked with that went to dourtmund there were fooking loads of decent strikers around at decent prices, why waste time trying to buy a rival from man utd or Liverpool, it just doesn't make any sense does it? Anyway, hot off the press, the rumour is that Arsenal will not meet the asking price for Michu which is £25m ...what a surprise !
dragon is there something wrong with you tonight ?? why if anyone disagrees with you they have to be a wum
"where are they going to get £35 Million?" For the record, Arsenal have far more than £35M to spend. Try multiplying it by 3. It's rather perplexing why they haven't spent it though. It's almost as if Wenger is trying to prove a point or something. If I was a Gooner I wouldn't be happy that's for sure.
