Here we go again, got beat at home by Spurs, not a bad effort but he's crying like a big "gashead" baby because the big, nasty ref is picking on him, he's even been left with a bad taste in his mouth and he's got to re-learn the rules.. please log in to view this image Oh dear, what a dilemma.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23745668
He's nothing if not predictable.... Would like to see them relegated on a record low number of points !
When Fergie does it, he's called a genius. When Holloway does it, he's an idiot... Anyone with half a brain can tell that he's trying to keep morale in his team. Anyone that watched the game will say that Crystal Palace didn't do too badly against a team a lot of people reckon will be in the top four this year. When this fixture cropped up I thought Spurs would take them apart, especially with the poor transfer window that Holloway has had. The press will push his words because Holloway is a character, and the Premier League loves characters. However, this doesn't make him a poor manager. I wish some of you would put the Rovers rivalry behind you, like many of you did when Lambert scored for England.
More ****e he spouts more money he gets from interviews and cash for after dinner events. This is the bloke who preaches loyalty breaks contracts and takes a cut of transfers at clubs.
One funny thing about Mr holloway Blackpool where I now live the fans are glad he left for Palace mainly because they couldn't make head nor tail of what he was talking about 90% of the time.
Forget who he is. On his 1st point - He's right in today's game a shoulder barge with intent is a foul. On his 2nd point - He's right that Palace would'nt get the same penalty at Spurs just like the dearth of penalties at Liverpool in the 70's and the current unheard of penalties at Man Utd for opposition teams. Think he's wrong about it not being a penalty, just because the players unbalanced doesn't matter. His arm was a long way from his body and 9times out of 10 a ref will give it.
= No it could have been many other managers who play the loyalty card then don't honour contracts. What do you think of Holloway taking his drop (cut) of transfers fees at Rovers for as he puts it bringing players or in other words taking another drop for doing his job? Drop here drop there tens of thousands in skimmed off club's transfers trousered by Gas hero Ollie. Might be legal but he is a parasite like the agents leeching off football this one.
Once branded agents parasites, then it was revealed he had a clause in his contract that gave him a cut of transfers.
It's a topic on a forum. Greed, hypocrisy, allied to at times to stupidity is not endemic to BRFC. The former two are all over football. How much did he take from Rovers which should have gone into the club's coffers?
