I would like to see that. It would be nice if the prem wasn't a 1 or 2 horse race. Which got me thinking.... does it help us climb the league having numerous teams clamoring for the title or does a stable predictable manure title make it easier for us to be 'best of the rest'?
If Spurs do buy Willian, I think it's clear that they have already sold Bale but agreed with Madrid to keep it quiet until they have spent the fee otherwise everyone would put up their prices knowing they had bags of cash from the sale. Even if true, Spurs will still have a hell of a squad and nailed on for at least fourth place
RVP could be the only thing from stopping Utd slipping down to 4th in Moyes' first season. Didn't SAF never finish outside of the top three in the PL?
Naughton, Sinclair and Sorrenson to finish off a good transfer window and secure a strong and deep squad? Plus move on the likes of Sharpie, Hammond, Lee, etc and job done
United didn't win the title last year, everyone else just lost it. United are now in a transition phase and this is the chance for Moyes to prove himself...build his own team. The best time for another team to win the title is now.
General view is that Rooney has decided to stay for this season...we'll have to wait and see. Bored with the whole saga now. Much better fish to fry
That would be more than a good transfer window! Not in a million years though could I see us adding three more players like that to the squad, even if all the fringe players were sold. Would love it of course, but I'm personally expecting a maximum of one more signing.

Anyone see the West Ham Chairman on Sky. Reckoned we can't buy any more players as we'll be in breach of the new rules.
not quite what he said Mr Sensationalism He mentioned us and said that another big signing means we must be getting close to the same point as them with the wages rule .... yet he doesn't know our wages. I think he was just trying to keep their fans off his back.
