We don't have photo's on ours, to be honest, don't even check the cards as we often have 2 or 3 ringers play every other week when short. It's sort of just accepted that all teams will have them at some point in season
We never used to have pics but I guess there were complaints about ringers. Had the pics for two years. They had to be checked by the ref and both managers (meaning we had to line up ) and then signed off.
That's ****. We'd never have a team if we didn't have a couple of ringers could call upon each week. It just stops teams being able to get a team out if they can't get a few mates and at the end of the day, it's not a serious level so everyone just turns up to have a game of football.

Exhausted! Lost to Columbus Crew academy in the finals of tourney 1-0, gutted for the boys but overall good weekend. Sunburnt and in need of something crisp, cold and refreshing.
