OK say if we didnt have AA... and we'd be playing Exeter now. YAY but were still Hull City! ****ing superficial bastards!
no son.. superficial bastards are those people that cant see past the end of their nose. superficial people are also those that quivel over petty things, like looks, name... etc
With all due respect 'dad', that would be you. Just because you personally don't mind the name change, you seem angry that everyone else does.
YES, IF HE WANTS TO. AGAIN I DECIDE IF I WANT TO CONTRIBUTE I didn't drag Dawson into it. I merely gave a reason why I am not interested in giving my hard earned cash when I am on short time and had to relinquish my pass. Everybody have there reasons for attending or not attending. To call people because they didn't attend is pretty pathetic really. If I cant afford a league match then I am certainly not paying for a friendly. Well done City for hanging in there today.
I think there are loads of people who think the name change anger is silly.I can see why there is upsetment but in practical terms it really does not require the hysteria.I have little doubt that it may be changed back by a future owner who he does not deliver will soon have the lynch mob after him-whatever we are called. I do not think City fans are unique in having a number of these ungrateful/you will never please me types. If yesterdays march showed us anything it is that some people will always shout and scream demanding a simple answer to a "problem"when it does not exist.
If by yesterday's march you mean the one in town, I was in town and I never even knew there'd been one! Quite amusing to see Rosie Nicola (not from Hull) and George McManus (a Caledonian chap now in Beverley and Holderness) trying to decide on our behalf who has the right to come and protest in OUR city. Perhaps if they'd been as vigilant ten years ago certain political parties wouldn't even exist As regards the name change, it's worrying that we have some fans who just don't understand the implications of it. Let's hope their incomprehension is not taxed for much longer and Dr Allam sees sense.
I watched the game in a bar in Portugal with Ash. First half was ****, second was decent. He thinks Brownie was a bit of a clown. Square that circle...
Thought Ash (Ian ??) was playing in a memorial match at Easington this afty?? http://www.clubwebsite.co.uk/easingtonunited/News/view/790195?fbshare=true
If its what I think it is, he means out of town folk coming to protest and more out of town folk having a counter protest. Out of town rent-a-mouths (but locally resident) demanding no more out of town folk be allowed to demonstrate against illegal out of town citzens (also locally resident).
When you can be more scientific in your calculations than "well all my mates feel so the same so that's EVERYONE" then you might be taken more seriously. All the evidence suggests 20% hate-it, 5% like-it, and 75% would rather not have it but have more important priorities in their life.
Your first post was last Tuesday (13th August), and the majority of your 127 posts have been happy clapper offerings in favour of the bizarre name change proposal by Dr Allam. With all due respect, it will be a long, long time before your posts are taken more seriously........
For the record, I'm neither for it, or against it. What am I against is having people tell me what I should think because that's what they think, and I am against people being downright disrespectful to the guy who has saved the club with his own money, has not made a single penny out of the deal, and continues to look at a deficit where he will have to continue to fund success through his own pocket unless he can find some additional revenue streams to fund this.
lol oh come on, can't believe noone else has responded to this...oh ok, go on then, I'll do it... With no respect, your posts are never, and will never, be taken seriously. Time on the forum doesn't influence anything like respect for posts.
