    Sorry, awjm, I don't follow.

My point is that our measure of loyalty seems to only look as far as the current mindset and that Cesar's will be on a par with Green's (whether that's due to not securing a transfer or having some kind of epiphany where he realises QPR is his dream club) if he decides to play for us.

Not keen on either of them but I am going for Green for no other reason than he is still likely to be here when the window shuts. I would like to see a new face between the sticks but it's not going to happen.

Doesn't matter who is or was better last season. I've picked green because he is our current no1 and doesn't deserved to be dropped for the sake of it. If Cesar wants the jersey he's gonna have to fight for it. He's third choice at the moment anyway....

Yeah, might just struggle counting all the medals he already has though eh..as compared to Greens....?...what..

Cesar was MOM for nearly every game the first half of last season & without him we'd have been relegated by xmas..and your comparing him to the clown that is Green..Oh behave

At least put him up against someone half decent. Im sure Cesar has more trohies in his cabinet than out squad combined..!

Green is a clown, always has been and is with us simply because no-one else wants him..havent seen to many rush in for him in the last 4 years or so !

If Cesar had got a decent offer he'd have gone by now. Let him rot in the reserves.

    Green, no contest!

No. I can understand Harry picking Green as he wants to play for us whereas Cesar doesn't.

If I was the manager (which is what the questioner is asking), I would pick Cesar ahead of Green. I would make that decision based on ability rather than desire to play for the club.

I went for Green, I do feel that Cesar is the better keeper but we have to be realistic, there are still two weeks left before the window shuts and there are going to be a few premiership keepers that have a nightmare in the first few games.

It makes sense that they then come in for a proven World Class keeper.

We must stick with Green and get behind the squad as a whole, we expect loyalty from our players, we must return it and not be so quick to get on their backs.

My $0.02: stick with Green until the window closes. If Cesar is still with us then, sit both keepers down and lay it on the line - the best performing keeper gets the shirt. Cesar wants to play - no, make that needs to play - if he's gonna keep his place in the Brazil team next summer. It's looking likely that his playing will have to be for us, but he needs to realise that he'll have a point to prove, to Harry, to his teammates, to the Brazil setup, and most importantly to the fans.

Best keeper gets the shirt, and the other needs to up his game to dislodge him. Competition for the shirt is never a bad thing. Sadly, with Murphy as back-up, there's no competition for Green right now.

for what it's worth, I voted for the better keeper, and the one who I think has most to play for - Cesar. Green has been playing well, but I always feel there's a calamity in him waiting for an opportunity...

I remember playing against a fella like that once, the ball dropped to me for a volley on the edge of the box and I hit it perfect, its went right into his gut and flew right back over my head. I think it was the gravity field that attracted the ball, I also think its how Kenny makes all his saves.

Clean sheet, one superb save, decent distribution, hilarious mugging off of away fans after the game. Can't ask for more.

They were giving him stick the whole second half (ex-Norwich). At the final whistle he smashed the ball into the Upper School which left them not best pleased.

Terrible away support too I thought. Lots of vocal abuse of Green but nothing at all in support of their team. We were flat too though to be fair.
