I'm off on the 22nd July, to Woolacombe(North Devon). What a fantastic beach, just hope weather is nice, & the atlantic ocean is a bit warmer than the last time I went there. So where are you people off on your Hols?
Been there a few times, extremely nice beach, near my mothers house before she died. I'm going to Corfu mo'****ers.
The family are going without me this year as I can't get kids holidays off. But I have already got a chaps holiday to majorca booked for later in the year. 8 of us on a a quiet getaway to soak up the culture.
Almost, my Villa got tanned on the 2nd night. Fortunately the safe held out and I "Only" lost my beloved iPod.
Malta, my tenant has just notified me that he has bought his own place and is moving out so I've to go get my gaf sorted. Bringing the missus and kids from Belfast to Guernsey for 3 weeks in July as well for the holidays then straight to Malta after Guernsey... then I've another trip to India getting organised for September. Busy boy.
I've heard a few stories like that from Portugal. They can take my skiddy shorts if they like, but anything of value's going straight in the safe.

The locals were surprised as Carvioero has little or no crime. First break in in 15 years I was told. I would have had the iPod in the safe too but I left it in my jacket pocket and they found it. I only noticed it had gone when I saw the charger on the chest of drawers. I'm insured and hopefully I have everything backed up.
