    the end of the football season?

    It feels at the moment as if the whole world has stopped and all we fans have left to do is annoy each other.

    That is a sad statement St G............Yes I miss my football.......but I do have other interests. As for annoying other people......Nah I leave that to others. Although I have been known to step in if pushed...........<laugh>

    One of the major benefits of following several sports is that you don't end up in this Situation. For instance i can now enjoy The cricket, Wimbledon and Queens are coming up, the F1 is still on, the are big Rugby tests coming up and we've got world championship athletics coming up this summer as well. For a fan of sport, the summer is brilliant in many respects.

    I like cricket and tennis which just about gets me through the summer. I'm amazed that Beddy doesn't try to annoy people..what a natural talent he is <laugh>

    Bornpompey is so brave to admit to being born in Portsmouth. I was born there too, but escaped at the age of 18, and have just about lived it down.
