How very embarrassing it would be, for a team to be 2-nil up against England and lose the game. Thats a record your set to keep. Maybe put it next to the £6M a year contract on the toilet window sill. Just a suggestion.

When Saints were in the Premiership, I loved watching England, but when our problems started I became unconcerned about England. Nice if they do well, but there's only one team I worry about.
Never ever fancied overseas managers of England that can barely inspire the team. We need someone fluent in English that is still a good manager tactically. Needed a manager that could go in at half time and ram it down the players throats that they had one half left of the football season, and that they should go out their and play their hearts out.
didn't say with england, but elsewhere. it must be bloody hard to manage a group of individuals who rarely play with each other for just one game. also the england team is nothing special, so we shouldn't expect to do that well anyway

WELL, what can you say about that supposed England performance. If we have a successful season in the championship and we get promoted, we will be playing against these DOUGHNUTS every week. TERRY(over-rated), Ferdinand(total cr*p), never made a tackle all night, Bobby Moore would turn in his grave if he had watched these so called ENGLAND defenders. Hart,beaten at near post(reminds me of K.Davis), the ex-skate at r/back useless, the singers ex (over-rated), mid-field missing, (only Rednapp would buy parker). Striker, Bent spent more time on his a++ than on his feet. And at the end of a very lucky draw the commentator says that four of the Swiss team will be playing in the under21`s next week. League one seems ok at the moment.
Tactically inept, arrogant prima-donnas doesn't just describe English footballers. I imagine the French, Italians, Portugese, Brazilians and Argies felt much the same after the World Cup. It's not an easy job, especially when you are pretty much forced to fit square pegs into round holes unless you want to dig down into hugely inferior players, in which case the media would probably force you out.
We're not going to win anything with this team aand its not worth paying the man in charge £6m a year. Most FL managers would walk through fire to do it for a fraction of that!

our problem is at kids football. We are years behind countires like the Spanish in terms of kids development. They teach their kids technique, and how to control a football; we teach our kids to get it towards goal as quickly as possible.
You can't be worse than Darren Bent... Seriously, can we either get rid of all these players who have had numerous chances and consistently fluffed them (I'm talking Lampard, Bent, Walcott, Terry, ferdinand, Johnson, Cashley, Milner) and replace them with somebody else (preferably players who have never played for England and might actually look like they want to be wearing the shirt, rather than wishing they were on some beach licking honey of a page three girls breasts), or just Pull out of FIFA and give up on international football. I mean, who actually cares about England? I didn't even watch the game tonight.
